About renaming of joint-stock company "The Astana EXPO-2017 national company in joint-stock company "The QazExpoCongress national company and modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Rename joint-stock company "The Astana EXPO-2017 national company into joint-stock company "The QazExpoCongress national company.

2. Transfer right of possession and uses of the state block of shares of joint-stock company "The QazExpoCongress national company in the amount of 100% to the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to provide election of the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sklyar Roman Vasilyevich in structure of the Board of directors of joint-stock company "The QazExpoCongress national company;

2) to take other measures following from this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
