About modification of some legal acts of Turkmenistan
I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Turkmenistan:
1. In the Law of Turkmenistan "About archives and archiving of Turkmenistan", accepted on May 4, 2013 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2013, No. 2, Art. 22; 2019, No. 1, Art. 13):
Shall be replaced with words 1) in part one of Article 8 of the word of "the Public Records Offices and Archive of the President of Turkmenistan" "the state archive bodies";
Shall be replaced with words 2) in part three of Article 9 of the word of "Archive of the President of Turkmenistan" "Archive fund of the President of Turkmenistan in structure of the Head archive department (further – Archive fund of the President of Turkmenistan);
3) in paragraph three of Article 13 of the word "Archive of the President of Turkmenistan" shall be replaced with words "Archive fund of the President of Turkmenistan";
4) in Article 15:
in the name and paragraph one of the word "Archive of the President of Turkmenistan" shall be replaced with words "Archive fund of the President of Turkmenistan";
exclude paragraph two;
Article 17 part one paragraph two after the word "organizations" to add 5) with the words "and maintaining documentation in clerical work";
6) article 27 part one after the word "is provided" to be added with the words "in certain procedure".
2. In the Law of Turkmenistan "About ensuring safety of documentary heritage of the President of Turkmenistan, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan", accepted on May 4, 2013 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2013, No. 2, the Art. 23):
1) in Article 1:
in paragraph one of the word "Archive of the President of Turkmenistan" shall be replaced with words "Archive fund of the President of Turkmenistan in structure of the Head archive department (further – Archive fund of the President of Turkmenistan)";
