For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About additional measures of social support of persons which were injured owing to Chernobyl and other radiation catastrophic crashes and accidents" of August 27, 2000 and ensuring their further social protection and in connection with the 15 anniversary of the Chernobyl accident the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on payment of one-time money allowance in connection with the 15 anniversary of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP.
2. Make lump money payment to persons injured Chernobyl and other radiation catastrophic crashes and accidents, according to the Provision.
3. Determine that payment of one-time money allowance is performed from the republican budget.
4. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Kyrgyz Republic, Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic, heads of local public administrations and city hall of mountains. Bishkek to organize work on timely payment of one-time money allowance.
5. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide in full financing of expenses to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Kyrgyz Republic performing payment of one-time money allowance.
6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Kyrgyz Republic.
