About modification of the Regulations on the organization of acceptance and servicing of persons who address to bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine
According to article 44 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance", to Items 9, 10 Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of July 23, 2014 No. 280 (with changes), to Item 8 of the Actions plan on implementation of the Concept of the development of system of electronic services in Ukraine for 2019-2020 approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 30, 2019 No. 37-r, board of the Pension fund of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. To add Item 1 of the Section IV of Provisions on the organization of acceptance and servicing of persons who address to bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of July 30, 2015 No. 13-1, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 18, 2015 for No. 991/27436, with the new paragraph of such content:
"Electronic services can be provided through mobile application of access to the personal page of the user of services.".
2. To legal department (Ryabtseva T. B.) submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To department of information systems and electronic registers (Maletsky A. N.) provide completion and development of the software necessary for implementation of provision of electronic services through mobile application since January 01, 2020.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice chairman of the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine Mashkin V. G.
