Approve Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine which are applied.

Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine

1. The pension fund of Ukraine is the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of social policy, realizes state policy concerning provision of pensions and accounting of persons which are subject to obligatory national social insurance.

2. The pension fund of Ukraine in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, presidential decrees of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other acts of the legislation.

3. The main objectives of the Pension fund of Ukraine are:

realization of state policy concerning provision of pensions, obligatory national social insurance in connection with temporary disability and obligatory national social insurance from labor accident and occupational disease which entailed disability, provisions of housing subsidies and privileges for payment of housing and communal services, acquisition of solid and liquid oven household fuel and the liquefied gas;

accounting of persons which are subject to obligatory national social insurance, persons who have the right to privileges, and also receivers of housing subsidies;

introduction of offers to the Minister of social policy of ensuring forming of state policy of the specified questions;
