About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning forming of state policy in the field of work, employment relationships, employment of the population and labor migration

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Labor code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1971, appendix to No. 50, the Art. 375):

Shall be replaced with words 1) in part ten of Article 96 of the word "and social policy" "employment relationships and employment of the population";

"Spheres of employment relationships, social protection of the population" shall be replaced with words 2) in part three of Article 135-2 of the word "in the field of work, employment relationships and employment of the population".

2. In part eleven of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About collective agreements and agreements" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 36, Art. 361; 2013, No. 47, Art. 659; 2014, 14, the Art. 251) the words "in the field of social policy" shall be replaced with words No. "provides forming of state policy in the field of employment relationships".

3. In parts one and third article 17-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 45, Art. 425 with subsequent changes) "spheres of employment relationships, social protection of the population" shall be replaced with words words "in the field of social protection of the population".

4. In the Law of Ukraine "About compensation" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, No. 17, Art. 121; 2014, No. 6-7, of Art. 80; 2017, No. 2, Art. 25):

Shall be replaced with words 1) in part ten of Article 6 of the word "and social policy" "employment relationships and employment of the population";
