About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2014 No. 40

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2014 No. 40 "About service records" the following changes:
to exclude from preamble of the word "Questions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus";
to exclude from Item 1 of the word "to this resolution";
in Item 2:
"enclosed" to exclude the word;
add Item with the word "(is applied)";
in the Instruction about procedure for maintaining service records approved by this resolution:
add Item 2 with the words "in cases when its filling is obligatory";
item 4 after the word "employer" to add with words "(except for the employer - physical person)";
exclude Item 6;
