In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About hydrometeorological activities" of August 19, 1998 the No. 747 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "Rates and rules of payment for use of data on hydrometeorology and monitoring of the environment" (are attached).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

Rates and rules of payment for use of data on hydrometeorology and monitoring of the environment

1. For use of data on hydrometeorology and monitoring of the environment the payment is levied from the following works:

selection of data, removal from them of copies and transfer to use;

use of the state information fund of the Azerbaijan Republic for hydrometeorology and monitoring of the environment;

use of services of hydrometeorological supervisory networks;

other works - the services established by the legislation.

2. Charge rates for use of data on hydrometeorology and monitoring of the environment are established as follows:
