1. Determine types and amounts of the help provided within the guaranteed benefits package according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2020 and is subject to official publication.

Types and amounts of the help provided within the guaranteed benefits package

1. The guaranteed benefits package is provided to needy families from among receivers of the unconditional or caused monetary assistance according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 17, 2001 "About the government address public assistance":

1) having children aged from one year up to six years, - for purpose of the address public assistance;

2) having children aged from six up to eighteen years studying in the organizations of secondary education - during the corresponding academic year.
