About modification of Federal rules of use of airspace of the Russian Federation

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Federal rules of use of airspace of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 11, 2010 No. 138 "About approval of Federal rules of use of airspace of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 14, Art. 1649; 2011, No. 37, Art. 5255; 2012, No. 31, Art. 4366; 2015, No. 29, Art. 4487; 2017, No. 9, Art. 1360; 2018, No. 25, Art. 3695).

Changes which are made to Federal rules of use of airspace of the Russian Federation

1. In Item 2:

a) to declare the paragraph of the eighth invalid;

b) the tenth after the word "dispersion" to add the paragraph with the word of "piloted";

c) after the paragraph of the tenth to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"visual flight of the pilotless aircraft" - flight of the pilotless aircraft during which his external pilot supports direct bespriborny visual contact with this aircraft;";

d) after the paragraph of the thirty sixth to add with the paragraph of the following content:
