About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2014 No. 85 and of October 16, 2014 No. 630

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2014 No. 85 "Some questions of limiting approval of number of workers of the device and territorial authorities of the central executive bodies, other state bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 29, Art. 814; 2015, No. 86, Art. 2882; 2017, No. 45, Art. 1395; 2018, No. 90, the Art. 2987) and of October 16, 2014 No. 630 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 95, Art. 2729; 2017, No. 31, the Art. 941) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except the paragraph of the third subitem 3 Items of 2 changes approved by this resolution regarding the conclusion and contract cancelation about passing of public service by government employees of the office of the Ministry of Education and Science which becomes effective since January 1, 2020.
