About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About labor unions"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About labor unions" of August 2, 2011 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, Art. No. 7-8, 611) the following changes and amendments:

1. Add Article 16 with part 5 of the following content:

"5. Labor unions according to the Labor code of the Republic of Tajikistan, this Law, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, the charter (provision) about labor unions, in case of detection of violations of the labor, social rights and rights to improvement of the members have the right to draw up the statement, the instruction, to investigate labor accidents and to represent offers to employers and the relevant state bodies on elimination of these shortcomings.".

"3. The labor unions having the right to take a legal action in case of the address of members of labor unions to them from their name with the action for declaration and to protect their labor, economic, social and other rights connected with employment relationships in court.".
