According to Articles 4, "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" and the Law of Ukraine "About securities and the stock market" State commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED 8 Laws of Ukraine:

1. Establish payment for licensing for implementation of separate types of activity in the security market in such size:

10000 hryvnias for licensing for implementation of depository activity to securities depository and settlement and clearing activities;

8500 hryvnias for licensing for implementation of activities for the organization of stock market trading;

2000 hryvnias for licensing for implementation of activities for asset management, activities for management of securities, activities for management of mortgage covering, underwriting and depository activity of the keeper of securities;

1700 hryvnias for licensing for implementation of dealer activities, broker activities and activities for maintaining the register of owners of personalized securities.

2. To provide to the chief of staff of State commission on securities and the stock market M. Nepran:

registration of this decision in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

publication of this decision according to the legislation.

3. This decision becomes effective in the procedure established by the legislation.

4. Control of execution of this decision to assign to the Chief of staff of State commission on securities and the stock market M. Nepran.
