According to Item 3 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 05.01.2011 No. 33 "Some questions of provision of paid administrative services" State commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Establish the amount of payment for provision by the National commission on securities and the stock market of administrative services according to appendix 1.

2. Recognize invalid decisions of the Commission according to appendix 2.

3. (A. Goloshchuk) to provide to administrative department submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. (N. Piskun) to provide to management from ensuring activities of the Commission chairman, the organization of work of commission sessions and international backgrounds publication of this decision according to the legislation.

5. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

6. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the member of the commission M. Burmaka.
