1. Approve the Amount of payment for registration actions concerning members of the capital markets and other persons who are applied.

2. Declare invalid the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of November 08, 2011 No. 1615 "About establishment of the amount of payment for provision by the National commission on securities and the stock market of administrative services", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 02, 2011 for No. 1394/20132.

3. To legal department (Martynenko I. I.) provide:

submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

4. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
