About questions of the organization of service in law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of ensuring single approach to questions of the organization of service in law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Articles 10, of 11, of 14, 24 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About service in law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic", articles 10 and 17   of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

1) Regulations on procedure for carrying out tender and forming of reserve of personnel in law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

2) Regulations on procedure for forming of reserve of personnel on promotion in law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2;

3) the List of positions of law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of appointment to which availability of highly specialized knowledge and skills, according to appendix 3 is required;

4) the List of positions of law enforcement agencies of the Kyrgyz Republic on which persons can be designated is more senior than 35 years for the first time arriving on service according to appendix 4;
