About some questions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Reorganize in the procedure established by the legislation public institutions - territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1 to this resolution.
2. Rename public institutions - territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to appendix 2 to this resolution, after execution of action, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution.
3. Determine that financing of organizations is performed for the account and within the means provided in the republican budget to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to approve provisions of organizations and to provide their state re-registration.
5. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 28, 2004 No. 1120 "Questions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 41, the Art. 532) the following changes:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
to be reworded as follows the list of the territorial authorities which are under authority of the Ministry according to appendix 3 to this resolution.
6. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2020.
