About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About industrial safety of hazardous production facilities"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About industrial safety of hazardous production facilities" of February 28, 2004 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2004, No. 2, Art. 46; 2005, No. 12, Art. 648; 2007 - No. 6, Art. 438; 2008, No. 6, Art. 456, No. 10, Art. 815; 2013, No. 12, Art. 897) following changes and amendments:

1. To write the name of the Law capital letters.

2. To state preamble of the Law in the following edition:

"This Law establishes legal, economic and social basis of safety of hazardous production facilities in the Republic of Tajikistan and is directed to identification and the prevention of accidents and accidents on hazardous production facilities.".

3. In all the text of the Law of part of Articles to number.

4. In Article 1:

- designate paragraphs the hyphen is familiar "-";

- to replace point sign at the end of the paragraph of third with sign of semicolon ";";

- add with paragraphs the fourth, the fifth, sixth and seventh the following content:

"-technical equipment - the spare parts, aggregates, mechanisms, the equipment, machine systems operated in productive activity;
