About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 31, 2017 No. 149 "About approval of regulations of the state services of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan"
For the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 31, 2017 No. 149 "About approval of regulations of the state services of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 15685, published on September 27, 2017 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) the following changes:
to state the regulations of the state service "State Registration of Release of the Announced Shares" approved according to appendix 8 to the specified resolution in edition according to appendix 1 to this resolution;
to state the regulations of the state service "State Registration of Release of Non-state Bonds" approved according to appendix 9 to the specified resolution in edition according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
2. To provide to department of risks in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) together with Legal department state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
