About accounting of oil products and application of control seals in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of streamlining of accounting and control of receipt of fuels and lubricants, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides eradications of their clandestine importation to the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on accounting treatment and control of oil products and application of control seals in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Provision).

2. Ceased to be valid the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 30, 2008 No. 735.

3. Recommend to Service of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic to form till August 1, 2006 the Interdepartmental coordination headquarters on fight against illicit trafficking in fuels and lubricants in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of January 9, 1996 No. 10 "About Provisional regulations of application of excise seals on the oil products imported into the Kyrgyz Republic".

5. Publish this resolution in mass media.

6. This resolution becomes effective after three months from the date of publication.

7. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of power and mineral resources of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
