1. The notification on participation (the participation termination) in foreign payment system (further - the notification) shall be constituted by the operator on money transfer (further - OPDS) in form and according to the procedure, given in appendix to this Instruction.

2. OPDS sends to the Bank of Russia the notification by means of personal account, the reference to which is posted on the official site of the Bank of Russia on the Internet, in electronic form, by the signed strengthened qualified digital signature of the head (the deputy manager given the right to sign the notification) of OPDS, according to the order of interaction determined by the Bank of Russia based on article 73.1 of the Federal Law of July 10, 2002 No. 86-FZ "About the Central bank the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 28, Art. 2790; 2017, No. 27, Art. 3950).

3. OPDS shall send to the Bank of Russia the notification in the following terms.
