About amnesty in connection with legalization of illegal labor immigrants
This Law regulates holding single action by the state on legalization of the illegal labor immigrants performing labor activity in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1. Legalization is performed concerning citizens of the gosudarstvuchastnik of the Commonwealth of Independent States who drove to the Republic of Kazakhstan in sixty calendar days prior to enforcement of this Law and from now on performing labor activity with violation of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. This Law extends to employers of the Republic of Kazakhstan who use work of persons specified in Item 1 of this Article.
3. Operation of this Law does not extend to persons specified in Items 1, 2 these Articles:
driven to the Republic of Kazakhstan with violation of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
not having documents on the right of stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
reported about themselves false data, including on criminal prosecution, or not submitted necessary documents;
performing the activities requiring receipt of the license.
Legalization of illegal labor immigrants is carried out from August 1, 2006 to December 31, 2006.
1. Legalization of illegal labor immigrants is carried out by the employer who uses work of the foreigners specified in Item 1 of article 1 of this Law by their registration in law-enforcement bodies as labor immigrants.
2. For legalization of illegal labor immigrants employers submit to law-enforcement bodies in the place of implementation of labor activity the statement for registration of labor immigrants.
