Oblige the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, local executive bodies of the government and the highest professional educational institutions of the republic, in case of acceptance of girls and young men in higher educational institutions on quota of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to be guided by the Rule about enrollment of students in higher educational institutions of the republic according to quota of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
