About storage, accounting and indexing of movies
For the purpose of implementation of Articles 12, of 15, "About cinema" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides 16 Laws of the Republic of Tajikistan:
1. Approve the Provision of the Commission on indexing of movies and its structure (appendices 1 and 2).
2. Approve Rules of maintaining the State register of cinema (appendix 3).
3. Approve Storage precautions of original materials of national movies, film heritages and film chronicles (appendix 4).
4. To the state company of film video "Tadzhikkino" and the Film studio Tadzhikfilm of Committee on television and radio hanging under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan till January 1, 2007 to carry out inventory count of cinema and videos, and also copies of the movies which are available and to bring in the State register of cinema.
