Some questions of charge (determination) of payment for heat energy and service in centralized heating, centralized delivery of hot water for consumers in connection with the change in price of natural gas

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Rules of provision of services on centralized heating, supply of cold and hot water and water disposal approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 21, 2005 No. 630 "About approval of Rules of provision of services on centralized heating, supply of cold and hot water and drainage system and the standard agreement about provision of services on centralized heating, supply of cold and hot water and drainage system" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 30, Art. 1811; 2007, No. 83, Art. 3071; 2009, No. 68, Art. 2349; 2010, No. 12, Art. 574; 2011, No. 85, Art. 3121; 2015, No. 101, Art. 3474; 2016, No. 87, Art. 2828, No. 98, Art. 3186; 2017, No. 26, the Art. 746, No. 70, the Art. 2118), and the Instructions for use heat energy approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 3, 2007 No. 1198 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 77, the Art. 2852), changes which are applied.

2. Determine that:

in case of acceptance by the heatsupplying organization (the contractor of services of centralized heating and centralized delivery of hot water) of the decision concerning change of the amount of charges for heat energy, service in centralized heating, centralized delivery of hot water to consumers in connection with the change in price for natural gas during the heating period of 2019/20 (without change of rates for transportation services and to distribution of natural gas, the trade allowance (markup) of the supplier), corresponding changes (since charges for December, 2019) are reflected monthly in payment documents of the consumers constituted in month, following settlement period;
