About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that:

the Item of 1 changes approved by this resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2020 and is applied to the relations connected with implementation of purchases, notices on which implementation are placed in unified information system in the field of purchases or invitations to take part in which are sent since January 1, 2020;

the Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2021;

Declare invalid the subitem "b" of Item of 5 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 30, 2017 No. 663 "About modification and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 23, the Art. 3359).
