About establishment of prohibition on the admission of separate types of the goods coming from foreign states and introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

For the purpose of safety of critical information infrastructure of the Russian Federation including used in case of implementation of national projects (programs) according to the Federal Law "About Contractual System in the field of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Establish prohibition on the admission of hardware and software systems of storage systems of the data relating to code under the All-Russian Product Classifier by types of economic activity OK 034-2014 (KPES 2008) 26.20.2 "Devices the memorable and other devices of data storage" (further - goods), coming from foreign states, for the purposes of implementation of purchases of goods (works, services) for ensuring the state and municipal needs.

2. The prohibition, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, extends to the goods which are:

the purchase subject, including in case of purchase of works (services), in case of accomplishment (rendering) of which provides delivery of goods;

leased object and (or) leasing.

3. Confirmation of production of goods in the territory of the Russian Federation is availability of data on goods in the unified register of the Russian radio-electronic products. Confirmation of conformity of goods to requirements of the notice on implementation of purchase and (or) documentation on purchase is the declaration of the procurement participant on finding of radio-electronic products in the unified register of the Russian radio-electronic products with indication of number of the register entry. Number of the register entry specified in the declaration is subject to inclusion in the contract.
