Some questions of pension payment, benefits and salary to employees of budgetary institutions
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Determine that authorized banks which about day of entry into force of this resolution are determined by winners of tender on the right of pension payment and did not provide benefits and the salary to employees of budgetary institutions in three-months completion date of requirements of this resolution, stop execution of functions of authorized bank.
2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
3. Provide to the Ministry of Finance bringing to data of banks by placement on its official website of the list of information with indication of the term of its representation for receipt of the status of authorized bank by bank.
4. To the ministries, another central and to local executive bodies within two months from the date of promulgation on the official website of the Ministry of Finance of the list of authorized banks to sign with them agreements on salary payment to employees of budgetary institutions, and also to recommend to the state collegiate organs determined by the Law of Ukraine of July 7, 2011 No. 3610-VI "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather national commissions performing state regulation of natural monopolies in the field of communication and informatization, the security markets and financial services" to sign the relevant agreements in the specified time.
