1. Take into consideration that according to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 30, 2018 No. PP-3955 "About measures for enhancement of management system preschool education" are created:
a) Specialized design and survey institute under the Ministry of preschool education of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Institute) in the form of the state unitary enterprise, with determination by its general project organization for development of the preproject and project documentation according to investment projects, including on projects of public-private partnership, according to the agreements signed with customers of system of preschool education;
b) Engineering company on development of infrastructure under the Ministry of preschool education of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Engineering company) in the form of the state unitary enterprise, with assignment of functions of the customer on it on construction, capital repairs, reconstruction and equipment of objects of system of preschool education and reference of costs for its services on account of construction cost, capital repairs and reconstruction of public pre-school educational institutiones.
2. Determine the main objectives:
a) Institute:
development of the project and preproject documentation according to investment projects, adaptation of the project and preproject documentation developed by the foreign project organizations to regulating documents in the field of technical regulation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
