in case of creation of forecast indicators of social and economic development of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2006 - 2010 timely to provide expenses of means according to this Program and in connection therewith to provide program implementation;

in two-month time to develop and submit the projects "Procedure for Storage of Original Materials of National Movies, Film Heritages and Film Chronicles", "Regulations on the State Register of Cinema", "Structure and Provision of the Commission on Indexing of Movies" for approval of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
