About creation of Institute of public administration and scientific research of civil protection

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Agree with the offer of Public service on emergency situations relatively:

formations of Institute of public administration and scientific research of civil protection (further - Institute) with its reference to the sphere of management of Public service on emergency situations;

reorganization of the Ukrainian research institution of civil protection and Institute of public administration in the field of civil protection by accession to Institute after implementation of state registration of Institute in the procedure established by the legislation.

2. To public service on emergency situations:

perform in accordance with the established procedure the actions connected with reorganization of the Ukrainian research institution of civil protection and Institute of public administration in the field of civil protection;

provide activities of Institute at the expense of the means of the government budget provided for Public service on emergency situations.

3. Take into consideration that persons who study at Institute of public administration in the field of civil protection continue training at Institute.

4. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

5. Recognize invalid acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
