About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 7, 2018 No. 939

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 7, 2018 No. 939 "Order questions geological information" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 91, Art. 3019; 2020, No. 2, the Art. 62) changes which are applied.

2. To Department of Energy and environment protection, Public service of geology and subsoil for the purpose of settlement of procedure for cost determination of primary geological information to introduce to six-months time to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the draft of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning modification of the Technique of cost determination of the geological information received for the account of means of the government budget, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 10, 2008 No. 1075 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 95, the Art. 3141).

3. To public service of geology and subsoil taking into account the requirements established by the Law of Ukraine "About the state secret" to provide placement in open access on the Internet of the existing protocols on approval (approbation) of inventories and resources of minerals.
