2. Items 3 and 4 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 2, 2019 No. 861 "About implementation of the pilot project on the organization of centralized sending orders by law enforcement agencies in electronic form for carrying out customs examination (re-examination) goods, vehicles of commercial appointment" (2019, 80, the Art. 2740) to state the Official Bulletin of Ukraine to No. in the following edition:
"3. State Customs Service:
no later than in week after completion of implementation of the pilot project to submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Ministry of Finance the report on results of its realization;
no later than in one month after completion of implementation of the pilot project to finish the corresponding software.
4. To the Ministry of Finance, the State Customs Service no later than in one month after completion of the pilot project to provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure offers concerning modification of regulatory legal acts.".
