About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of temporary ban (moratorium) on conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship" of December 17, 2018 No. 586

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of temporary ban (moratorium) on conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship" of December 17, 2018 No. 586 the following changes:

"6) concerning observance of anti-monopoly requirements the, and also requirements of ecological and technical safety by subjects of entrepreneurship in energy industry included in the List of strategic objects of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of February 17, 2014 No. 99, and the subjects of entrepreneurship performing studying and mining;";

add with the subitem 8 of the following content:

"8) concerning compliance with law of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of fire safety;".

2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
