1. Establish the list of forms of the departmental reporting of the Ministry of Sport and tourism of the Republic of Belarus for 2020 according to appendix.
2. Approve:
form of the departmental reporting "Report on addresses of citizens and legal entities" and instructions for its filling (are applied);
form of the departmental reporting "The report on financial and economic organization activity of physical culture and sport getting support" and instructions for its filling (are applied);
form of the departmental reporting "Report on sports and improving and sports and mass work, efficiency of use of sports constructions" and instructions for its filling (are applied);
form of the departmental reporting "The report for work of public institution "The republican scientific and practical center of sport" and organizations of sports medicine (is applied)".
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
