About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About courier communication"

Being guided by Item 23 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, Millie DECIDES: Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic

Make the following changes to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About courier communication" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2003, No. 8, Article 405; 2008, No. 8, Article 710):

1. Exclude from Article 1 of the word "and legal status of the government employees performing courier communication".

6. Repeal Article 6.1.1 and Chapter III.
