For the purpose of improvement of activities and enhancement of the regulatory base in the field of customs affairs, and also according to provision of Article 12 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149-XIV of July 20, 2000 (it is reissued in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, the special edition of January 1, 2007), with subsequent changes and amendments, and also according to Items 7, the 8th regulations about the organization and functioning of Customs Service accepted by the Order of the Government No. 4 of January 2, 2007. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 3-5, 15), with subsequent changes and amendments, I ORDER to the Art.:
1. Add the Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of Customs Service No. 346-O of December 24, 2009.
1.1 In the Section III subsection C:
Paragraph 3 of column 9 is specified to add with the phrase at the end "In case of delivery of domestic goods to customs appointment "shop duty free" the economic agent delivering goods, except for deliveries of goods from free economic zones to shop "dyyuti-fri".
2. In appendix 11 to cancel codes of customs procedures:
