I ORDER:

1. "7. Military preparation according to the program of reserve officers is performed on free and paid bases. The training cost on paid basis is established by HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION.

Students of the HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS having the military departments which passed tender conditions, and for training at paid basis, students, also last conditions of tender recommended by the commission according to the number of the places allocated to military department are allowed to training at free basis in the state order.

For training at paid basis by the head of HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION in coordination with MO RK, students of other HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS which do not have military of departments irrespective of patterns of ownership and subordination can be attracted.";

"7-1. Calculation of annual requirement of training of students at military departments on military specialties is made by the structural division of MO RK supervising organizational and mobilization work and goes till February 1 of year of enrollment in the structural division supervising questions of military education.";
