About approval of Rules of maintaining the State register of regulatory legal acts, reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan
For the purpose of implementation of article 47 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 24, 1998 "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of maintaining the State register of regulatory legal acts, reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Recognize to invalid:
1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 4, 1997 No. 1680 "About approval of the Regulations on the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1997, No. 52, the Art. 478);
2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 19, 1998 No. 793 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 4, 1997 No. 1680" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1998 No. 29, the Art. 251);
3) the subitem 2) Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 2, 2002 No. 1082 "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2002, No. 33, the Art. 355).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
