In pursuance of Item 36 of the National actions plan on implementation of the Message of the Head of state to the people of Kazakhstan of September 2, 2019 "Constructive public dialogue - the basis of stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan", No. approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 10, 2019 152, DECIDES: the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the enclosed package of measures for development of self-regulation and public control over business activities, especially in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population (further - package of measures).

2. To the central state bodies, akimats of the cities of Nour-Sultan, Almaty, Shymkent and areas, the organizations (under approval), responsible for execution of package of measures:

1) to take necessary measures for realization of package of measures;

2) no later than the 25th day of the last month of half-year to provide information on the course of realization of package of measures in the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan no later than the 10th following reporting half-year submission to the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of information on the course of realization of package of measures.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
