About approval of Changes in the Accounting treatment for payers of single fee on obligatory national social insurance

According to Articles 5, of 16, 19 Laws of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance" and to the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, for the purpose of settlement of some questions of accounting of payers of single fee on obligatory national social insurance in monitoring bodies ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in the Accounting treatment for payers of single fee on obligatory national social insurance approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 24, 2014 No. 1162, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 3, 2014 for No. 1553/26330 (with changes) which are applied.

2. Determine that members of farms which are registered in monitoring bodies as payers of single fee on obligatory national social insurance about day of entry into force of this order submit to monitoring body at the place of residence applications in form No. 12-ECB with the note "Changes" and supporting documents concerning date of the accession to farm (the agreement (declaration) on creation of family farm, the charter of farm) within two months from the date of entry into force of this order.

3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy and supervision of fiscal bodies:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
