About approval of Changes in Rules of calculation with banks of Ukraine of total cost of the credit for the consumer and real annual interest rate under the agreement on consumer loan

According to Articles 7, 15 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About consumer crediting" and to the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning consumer protection of financial services" of September 20, 2019 No. 122-IX, for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Changes in the Rules of calculation with banks of Ukraine of total cost of the credit for the consumer and real annual interest rate under the agreement on consumer loan approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 8, 2017 No. 49 (with changes) which are attached.

2. To management of consumer protection of financial services (Olga Lobaychuk) after official publication to inform banks information on adoption of this resolution.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Yakov Smoliya.

4. The resolution becomes effective since January 19, 2020.
