According to requirements of Articles 6, 7, 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of work of bank system in the extraordinary Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: mode

1. Approve Changes in the Instruction on the organization of work of bank system in the extraordinary mode approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 22, 2014 No. 435 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 24, 2016 No. 349) which are applied.

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Yakov Smoliya.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.

Changes in the Instruction on the organization of work of bank system in the extraordinary mode
