About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 18, 2003 No. 161/5
According to item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228 (with changes), and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning application of the term "person with disability" and derivative of it" I ORDER:
1. In the paragraph the second Item 2 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 18, 2003 No. 161/5 "About the size and payment procedure of services in putting down of apostille", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 19, 2003 for No. 1197/8518, the word "disabled people" shall be replaced with words "faces with disability", shall be replaced with words the words "disabled people of the Great Patriotic War" "faces with disability owing to World War II".
2. To department of the public law (Kravchenko L. N.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" (with changes).
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of justice of Ukraine Banchuk A. A.
