Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 11, 2016 No. 710 "About effective use of budgetary funds" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 83, Art. 2739; 2017, No. 70, Art. 2120; 2018, No. 33, Art. 1154, No. 61, Art. 2108; 2019, No. 7, Art. 202, No. 55, Art. 1920, No. 72, Art. 2532, No. 78, Art. 2698, Art. 2701, No. 88, Art. 2943; 2020, No. 2, the Art. 78) with the change made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 15, 2020 No. 1, changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 11, 2016 No. 710

1. In the subitem 3 of item 4 of the word to "the Supreme Court of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words to Supreme Court.

2. State Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. To provide to office of financial control conducting checks of observance of requirements of this resolution during implementation of actions of the state financial control.".

3. In appendix to the resolution:

1) Items 1 *, 6 and 9 to exclude;
