About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine
According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 9, 2019 to No. 870 "Some questions of territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice" and the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228 (with changes), I ORDER:
1. In Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of September 7, 2015 No. 1661/5 "About measures concerning provision of administrative services in the field of registration of charters and printing mass media", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 7, 2015 for No. 1075/27520, "The head territorial administration of justice in the Nikolaev region" shall be replaced with words "The southern interregional management of the Ministry of Justice (Odessa)".
2. In Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 28, 2016 No. 898/5 "About settlement of the relations connected with state registration of the corporeal rights to the real estate located in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 29, 2016 for No. 468/28598:
1) in subitem 2 of the word "The Head Territorial Administration of Justice in the Kherson Region" shall be replaced with words "The southern interregional management of the Ministry of Justice (Odessa)";
Shall be replaced with words 2) in subitem 3 of the word "provide according to competence the Head territorial administration of justice in Donetsk region and the Head territorial administration of justice in the Luhansk region" "provides East interregional management of the Ministry of Justice (Kharkiv)".
