1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the conclusion of agreements of power supply (purchase and sale (delivery) of electrical energy (capacity) before completion of the procedure of technological accession.
2. Recognize invalid separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.
3. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2020.
