1. Approve the enclosed Standard regulations on advisory councils concerning entrepreneurship.
2. Recognize to invalid:
1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 19, 2002 No. 917 "About approval of the Standard regulations on advisory councils concerning support and development of small and medium entrepreneurship" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2002, No. 27, the Art. 303);
2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 29, 2003 No. 410 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 19, 2002 No. 917" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003, No. 18, the Art. 186).
3. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2006.
