About questions of creation of non-commercial joint-stock company "National Scientific Cardiac Center"

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Create non-commercial joint-stock company "National Scientific Cardiac Center" (further - the NAO "NNKTs") with absolute participation of the state in the authorized capital.

2. Determine the main objects of activity of the NAO "NNKTs" rendering highly specialized, specialized, out-patient and polyclinic, stationary, hospital-replacing and other medical care in the field of cardiology, intervention cardiology, heart surgery and adjacent profiles to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign states.

3. "NNKTs" to create the authorized capital of the NAO at the expense of republican property according to appendix to this resolution.

4. Together with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee):

1) approval of the charter of the NAO of "NNKTs";

2) election of person authorized on signing on behalf of the NAO by "NNKTs" of documents for state registration, implementation of financial and economic activities and representation of its interests before the third parties before formation of bodies of the NAO of "NNKTs";

3) transfer to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of rights of possession and use of the state block of shares of the NAO of "NNKTs";

4) acceptance of other measures following from Item 3 of this resolution.

5. Reorganize the NAO "NNKTs" by accession of "National Scientific Cardiac Center" joint-stock company to it after execution of the actions specified in Items 1 and 4 of this resolution.
