About modification and amendments, and also recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with further enhancement of protection of public health
For the purpose of creating favorable conditions for related transplantation of kidney and (or) share of liver in case of terminal stage of chronic diseases of kidneys and liver, and also further enhancement of system of rendering high-technology specialized medical care and expansion of the sphere of protection of public health the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.
2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
3. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning social development A. A. Abdukhakimov and the Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. K. Shadmanov.
